The 66 Homesteads at the Preserve at Walnut Springs offer breath taking views with building locations perched atop high elevations, nestled in rolling hills and bordering spring fed creeks. Pricing reflects the distinguishing features and attributes of each homestead, including location, mature trees, water features and view. Owning 5-7 acres within a 2000 acre ranch offers permanent protection for your home in the country.
The Preserve hosts only 66 homesteads, spread throughout 2,030 acres. Each homestead has been carefully sited and is noncontiguous, allowing the highest level of privacy. Ranch owners have access to the 1500 acres of open space that runs through the ranch by trail or road.
Building at Walnut Springs is intended to ensure the quality of the development and the integrity of the ranch as a whole, while providing Owners the flexibility to design and construct a custom home that meets their needs. Each homestead is 5-7 acres in size, within which a one acre building envelope is selected to place all structures. This reduces the impact to ranchland, preserves the continuity of habitat, and ensures that the remaining private land maintains an agricultural exemption.
