About
The developer, Gerald T. Halpin, has made a career out of creating
communities where none previously existed. A visionary in land development
and real estate, Mr. Halpin recognizes the beauty in the natural lay of the
land and shares a passion for rugged landscapes. A ranch owner since 1969,
Mr. Halpin has approached development and land stewardship in equal measure
for over 40 years. Mr. Halpin serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Grand
Teton National Park Foundation and continues to be a leader in
conservation development.
Mr. Halpin and associates from West Group Management introduced the concept
of quality, mixed-use, master planned office park to the Washington, D.C.
metropolitan area, Tysons Corner. Together with Meridian Group, Mr. Halpin
has developed similarly successful projects in Wyoming and Nevada.
Here at the Preserve, Mr. Halpin and his Partners have met a goal generally
unattainable in real estate development. They have achieved long lasting
value for owners while honoring the natural integrity and inspiring character
of the landscape.
